ReAgent is an independent family owned manufacturer of reagents and analytical chemicals. Directors have a day to day role at ReAgent and as a result we are in touch with customer requirements and market trends. This customer focused approach cascades through all levels of the organisation.

As an Independent Chemical Manufacturer, the management team works with external consultants to create a rolling business plan for the company. All staff are consulted beforehand and play an active role in both development and implementation of the plan. We have a detailed strategy for the short, medium and long term.

Sharing the business plan with staff on a regular basis is key to our success. Empowering people to really make a change to the way we work helps create a dynamic working environment, which has a positive knock on effect to the quality of our products and level of customer service.
