ReAgent holds four ISO certifications, as well as other quality accreditations such as Investors in People (IIP). We’re also a Living Wage and Living Hours Employer.
We supply quality certificates to our customers, such as Certificates of Conformity and Certificates of Analysis, and we welcome customer audits.

ISO 9001:2015 Quality Standard
Our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Standard demonstrates our commitment to continual improvement and ability to provide products that meet your requirements. This system integrates well with the LEAN manufacturing techniques we employ. Read about our Quality Policy
ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Standard
We’re proud of our ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Standard. It demonstrates our on-going commitment to the environment, reducing waste and working in an environmentally responsible manner. We consider each and every aspect of all our internal processes and implement actions to eliminate or reduce the impacts that these may have on the environment. All waste is dealt with in an environmentally friendly manner through registered waste companies. Read about our Environmental Policy
ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety Standard
In 2022, we received ISO 45001 OHS accreditation, which ensures we provide a safe and healthy workplace by preventing work-related injury and ill health, as well as by proactively improving our OHS performance. We are committed to maintaining an OHS management system, eliminating hazards, and minimising OHS risks, and taking advantage of OHS opportunities. Read about our Quality Policy
ISO 13485:2016 Quality Management Systems Standard
In 2019 we successfully achieved ISO 13485:2016 accreditation, demonstrating that we adhere to the stringent requirements of a quality management system specific to the medical devices industry. You can be confident that we meet the current Medical Device Directives, regulations, and responsibilities, and are committed to the safety and quality of the in vitro diagnostic (IVD) reagents we supply for medical devices. We were awarded Investors In People status in 2006 and we continue to dedicate ourselves to maintaining it. It’s the people we employ who make our business what it is, that’s why we’re committed to providing them with the most up to date training, development opportunities and support we can offer.
A Living Wage Employer
ReAgent is proud to be a Living Wage employer. Our staff are at the heart of everything we do, and we believe in doing the best we can for them. It’s important to us that we meet and exceed employment best practices, and that our staff feel fairly rewarded and happy to work at ReAgent.
A Living Hours Employer
As well as being a Living Wage Employer, ReAgent is also a Living Hours Employer. This means that we guarantee a minimum of 16 hours’ work a week (unless an employee requests otherwise), a contract that accurately reflects hours worked, and at least four weeks’ notice of shift changes.
Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
REACH regulations dictate that by law, suppliers of hazardous chemicals must provide a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for all substances and mixtures classified as hazardous. These must also be provided upon request for non-classified products that contain hazardous substances above certain limits.
Certificates of Analysis (CofA)
We can provide certificates of analysis for any product that has been tested to a specification; these are available at any time upon request or as a standard requirement to fulfilling orders.
Certificates of Conformity (CofC)
To demonstrate that a product has been manufactured in accordance with our rigorous quality system, we can supply a Certificate of Conformity (CofC) for your records.
Customer Audits
Both existing and potential customers are equally welcome to audit our facilities and will always be treated in an open and hospitable manner. We always respond in a positive manner to suggested actions resulting from the audit as we welcome any opportunity to improve our manufacturing facility.
Your industry standards
Part of our ability to offer completely bespoke service lies in our willingness to adopt new standards or processes specific to the needs of individual customers, their products or their industries. If your industry regulations require your product to be manufactured in a certain way, documented using a specific process or tested to specific standards we will adapt our facility to accommodate these needs.
Automotive, PPAP, PFMEA and 8D Problem Solving processes
Many of our customers are based in the automotive industries so we’re familiar with the processes involved in manufacturing for these highly complex and rigorously efficient markets. From concept to manufacture, we will work with you to develop a toolkit to get an automotive supply chain up and running in our facility.
Lean
