Chemical Repacking

Welcome to ReAgent, your choice for sub contract and toll chemical repacking.

We have 30 years of experience within our industry manufacturing and repacking chemical solutions for happy customers. Our automated chemical repacking equipment allows us to efficiently repack many liquids including flammables and other hazardous substances into pack sizes from ampoules to 200L drums. We also have chemical repacking equipment on site for repacking powders in a clean environment under fume extraction.

We specialise in packing powders into pack sizes from sachets to 5Kg, although we can consider anything up to 200Kg drums. If required we can repack to tolerances agreed with the customer, for example within +/- x% of a given mass. We have experience of chemical repacking into all kinds of containers, which can be supplied either by ourselves or by our customers. These include amber glass bottles, safebreak plastic coated bottles, jerricans, PVC containers, polythene bags, ampoules and sachets.
