ReAgent is an independent chemical manufacturer.  We are in our third generation of family ownership since the formation of the company in the 1970's.  Directors of ReAgent have a day to day role and as a result we are in touch with customer requirements and market trends. As an independent chemical manufacturer, the management team works with external consultants to create a rolling business plan for the company. All staff are consulted beforehand and play an active role in both development and implementation of the plan. We have a detailed strategy for the short, medium and long term.
