ReAgent Takes Delivery of New Water Storage Tank

This week we took delivery of a new water storage tank to upgrade our existing water treatment facility.

The tank will be connected to our existing water treatment plant and will hold 18,500 litres of high quality deionised water.

To keep the deionised water in the tank clean and pure, it will be constantly circulated through our treatment facility to ensure all impurities are removed. We will also continue to test the water (as we currently do) to make sure that it complies with our ISO9001:2008 quality standards.

In the coming days and weeks we will be connecting the tank to our water treatment plant, in the meantime here are a selection of photos charting the process of unloading the huge 18,500 litre tank and getting it into our factory:

The tank arrived on 18th November strapped to the back of a flatbed truck

A crane was used in tandem with our forklift truck to lift the tank off the flatbed and flip it over until it was upright

The crane set the tank down onto our forklift truck and we strapped it in place

We then used our forklift and a pump truck to bring the tank into our factory

With the tank now in place, work can begin on connecting it to our water plant
