Equipment and manufacturing facilities include:

• 3 Warehouse Units for Warehousing and Production purposes totalling more than 20,000 square feet
• State-of-the-art computer network with over 30 clients and numerous servers
• Bespoke manufacturing workflow software written specifically for ourselves to manage day to day information flows and general operation
• Quality Laboratory with constant temperature regulation at 20°C
• Production Laboratory
• Auto Titrator for improved accuracy and reproduction of results above manual titration methods
• Ultra Violet / Visible Spectrophotometer for analysis of silica in water
• Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer for precisely measuring trace metals
• Industrial-scale water purification plant with UV Treatment and Filtration capable of providing water to European Pharmacopoeia grade, the maximum output for which is 10,000L/hour
• A Vapour Compression Distiller
• Assorted mixing vessels for manufacturing batches ranging from a few millilitres to over 5000 litres
• A selection of automated packing equipment for safely and efficiently packing both solids and liquids
• Glass Ampoule and Sachet Sealing Machines
• Industrial Vacuum Packing and Sealing Machines

All equipment is regularly safety checked and calibrated according to legislation and our own Quality Management System.
