At ReAgent, we’ve recently introduced an Employee Assistance Programme, or EAP, provided by Health Assured.

You can watch the video right here, and continue reading to find out more about what an EAP is and why we’ve introduced it:

What is an Employee Assistance Programme?

Employee Assistance Programmes are designed to support employees who are having personal problems that may adversely affect their work, health and well-being.

This can cover anything from financial concerns and relationship issues through to stress, anxiety, and bereavement.

An EAP offers free assessment, counselling, and referrals to employees by fully-trained professionals, 24/7/365.

The programme we’ve introduced at ReAgent also includes access to discounted gym membership, cinema tickets, and restaurants.

Why has ReAgent introduced an EAP?

As Kerry Nelson, ReAgent’s HR Manager, says, “When our employees identify a need where they need some extra practical advice and support, there will be someone on hand to help them with those issues to work through them.”

Kerry, ReAgent’s HR Manager, held individual meetings to introduce the EAP to all team members

We hope that introducing an EAP gives ReAgent’s employees the confidence that we are invested in them and their well-being, and that this translates into a happy, healthy workforce.
