What were Promethean Particles’ challenges?
A small but high-growth company, Promethean has a requirement to provide excellent service and on-time delivery to their customers.
They needed the support of a UK chemical manufacturer that could scale with them as they grew, and deliver reproducibly and consistently.
How ReAgent helps Promethean
We had previously worked with Promethean on a small scale by sourcing some raw materials in powder form for their research and development team.
Promethean’s Product Manager, Selina Ambrose, says, “We had very good customer service from ReAgent for the smaller scale quantities of chemicals that we saw previously.
And so, we started looking at ReAgent’s broader capabilities, including larger volume supply of chemicals.”
Promethean needed a lot of cost indication, over a period of time, and for different volumes.
Selina says, “Sourcing that ready-made solution from ReAgent meant that our operators could be doing something else a bit more productive. And therefore those are indirectly saved cost.”
The results
ReAgent ensures that Promethean can deliver products to their customers on time and to meet their exact needs.
Selina says that Promethean’s customers are “very satisfied with what we’ve been offering them. And that has led to ongoing collaborations with them and ongoing demand for our MOF materials.”
