What’s in the video?

Ian explains how ReAgent and Speedcrete work in partnership together, and how our support has been pivotal in helping Speedcrete better serve their customers.

As concrete suppliers, ReAgent has helped Speedcrete become more competitive in their market.

Speedcrete’s challenges

Speedcrete’s main challenge was post-Brexit changes to legislation, which meant it had become prohibitively expensive for them to source products from the EU.

They decided to look for a UK supplier. As Ian says, “To find the solution in the way that we did within the UK allowed us to compete.”

The solution

Speedcrete chose ReAgent as their supplier for a number of reasons, but especially for our outstanding customer service.

Ian says, “We like the personal relationship that we built with John Rankin [ReAgent’s Sales Manager] right from the start.

To have that kind of personal relationship with somebody is fantastic for us because he just gives us complete confidence in what you guys can do. And that’s all we needed really; good product and good communication.”

The results

Ian continues, “Using ReAgent to make our products we have seen stability in our company and we’ve now become a go-to for these products.

“I’d definitely recommend ReAgent. My advice to other companies that have got similar challenges to ourselves would be to get in contact with ReAgent, because you guys have been fantastic.”
