Be Wary of Companies Pretending to be ReAgent

12th January 2018

Blog

It has recently come to our attention that someone else is using our good name and pretending to be ReAgent.

We have seen a number of poorly worded emails which were sent under the pretence of being ourselves. The emails should be easy to spot because they are essentially requests for money.

While this is unlikely to impact many people, we would like to ask our customers and clients to be vigilant. If you are ever uncertain about an email from us being genuine, please call us on 0800 9555 798 so that we can tell you if it’s real or not.

The technical wizards in our IT and Marketing departments have implemented a number of fixes and we are confident that this will be a short-lived interference.
