Our service covers every stage, from technical consultation to delivery and supply chain management. With equipment built for non-flammable materials, we produce coatings up to 20,000 Cps and package them in containers ranging from 20kg pails to 1,000kg IBCs.
For more specific needs, we also manufacture flame-retardant dispersions that meet stringent automotive regulations.This can be added to the coatings in order to meet the stringent requirements of automotive industry regulations and consists of 60% w/w solids content.
Our high shear blender ensures uniformity in batch sizes up to 1,000kg, and is scalable from trials to full-scale production, complete with CLP-compliant safety data sheets and branded labelling.
Bespoke Product Manufacturing
No two products are exactly alike. This makes custom, bespoke manufacturing vessels necessary to properly apply textile coatings, which can then be installed and dedicated to your own product or product range. Not only does this help when the required quantity dictates a dedicated mixing tank. We can either purchase the mixing equipment, or customers can cite their own equipment in our manufacturing facility.
We are also able to add pigment to our textile coatings.
