Following a number of recent improvements to our facilities, such as a class 7 cleanroom, we have been able to expand our service offering and are now serving the cosmetics industry. The cosmetic services we offer at ReAgent include cosmetic packing, mixing and blending. The installation of the cleanroom has provided us with a completely “clean” area; the cleanroom constantly pushes out air particles, making the area contaminate-free and suitable for packing highly- restricted items such as cosmetics.
We have the ability to pack products into glass vials, sachets, pump sprays, jars, pots and more – just ask if you’d like to enquire about anything that isn’t listed on our website as we’re flexible to each customer.
We have experience in manufacturing emulsions and suspensions and can blend higher viscosity mixtures up to 60, 000 centipoise. In over three decades of training, we’ve built up a lot of experience in dealing with technical-grade products, so you can be sure your product is in safe hands with our chemists and operational staff.
ReAgent is accredited to ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 and we invite anyone in the cosmetics industry to come along to the factory in Cheshire to audit our facilities. We adopt a lean culture and everything we manufacture is produced on-site, meaning we’re able to control the quality of every product we produce and sell.
