Are you looking for a bespoke chemical blending service? With almost 50 years’ experience, ReAgent are experts at ISO-certified chemical blending and can accommodate both low and high viscosity blends.

At ReAgent, we have recently commissioned a brand new, bespoke 20,000L HDPE mixing vessel.

Watch our short video to learn more about this new vessel, the big increase in our chemical blending capacity, and what this means for our customers:

About our large new chemical mixing vessel

Our new mixing tank is customised to our individual requirements. It’s designed to fill 20 IBCs, which fit into one shipping container. This makes the process quicker and more efficient for our customers.

The tank is fully automated. We can remotely and accurately dose materials into the blend, check the weight, and pack the final product into different sized containers, including small packs, 200L drums and IBCs.

We can also fit specialised mixing equipment onto the tank, so we are able to add both liquids and powders into a blend.

Blending hazardous chemicals

Our new mixing vessel is made from HDPE, which means we can blend many different types of chemicals, including hazardous and corrosive materials.

This additional vessel increases our capacity for these types of chemicals, which enables us to manufacture chemicals more quickly for our customers.
