Why does ReAgent not supply to the public?
Due to the hazardous nature of some of our products, we have taken the decision to only supply our chemicals to registered businesses only. Please note that deliveries can only be made to non-residential addresses.
What is a minimum order value?
We have applied a minimum charge of £100 per order (price excludes VAT and delivery). This is because we have to set a minimum batch size due to the nature of chemical manufacturing. All prices on our website are current.
Can I set up a credit account?
Should you wish to set up credit terms with ReAgent, please contact us and we will send back the necessary application form. Please note that orders on account would be subject to a minimum order charge of £250 and approval of a credit account will depend on your company credit score.
Do you offer a discount on bulk orders?
As our services are bespoke to the needs of each customer, we tailor the price once we have received information about the service you require. We may be able to look into adding discount for large or ongoing orders with us.

Delivery
Can you deliver to a residential address?
No, deliveries can only be made to non-residential addresses. ReAgent can only supply products on a business-to-business basis and can only deliver to registered business addresses. We cannot supply to any address that is not a dedicated premises. i.e. unit/offices/shop/warehouses, etc.
How do you deliver hazardous goods?
We use an ADR-certified courier to deliver our hazardous goods. You must have someone available to sign for the goods upon arrival, as we cannot leave hazardous goods unattended.
You may be able to collect your items from our warehouse, but please call in advance to arrange this. Depending on the quality of your goods, you may need to show proof of relevant training or a current ADR licence to legally transport goods away from our premises.
What is the delivery charge?
When ordering customised products from us, we will advise you on the delivery charge.
The cost of delivery is calculated by the quality of the goods you have ordered. ADR couriers are more expensive than most other delivery services as they provide a specialised service for carrying hazardous goods.
What is the lead time on orders?
Items that are made to order may take between 7 and 10 working days for delivery. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation which will provide a delivery date. If you require a personalised service, we will advise you on the time frame for this.
If you need something urgently, please call before placing your order. You will be given a more specific lead time when we receive details of your order.

Documentation
Do you provide MSDS?

Do you provide a Certificate of Analysis?
Yes, either a Certificate of Analysis or a Certificate of Conformity is available with all of our products.
We can do quality control testing as well as production. Please specify if you would like any further documentation.
Why do I need to sign a declaration form?
Some chemicals are regulated by the Home Office or restricted to commercial use only. These products require that you register for an HMRC license or sign a declaration form before purchase. This will be indicated on our website.
