Chemical Bottling FAQs
We can bottle most liquids, and we can pack into containers made from glass, plastic, or metal as well as composite packaging such as plastic lined metal drums.
We can fill bottles from 10ml up to 5000ml. We are also able to fill larger containers including 25L, 200L, and 1000L sizes.

We can quote for whatever quantity of chemicals you need. Our minimum order value is £100 plus VAT and shipping.
We fit different caps depending on the nature of your product. Examples include wadded, tamper evident, child resistant, and vented cap variants. Caps are applied to the required torque as specified by the manufacturer.
When it comes to labels, we can either print in-house or buy in pre-printed blanks. Labels are applied using an in-line front and back label applicator, or they can be hand applied for smaller production runs.
Yes, we can design and print labels in-house.
Lead times depend on the quantity you require. A typical lead time would be approximately two to three weeks.
Our usual bottle filling runs are from 200 – 5000 bottles, but we can handle much larger quantities if required.
Yes, we specialise in finding solutions to packing challenging products. It may be that the fill volume needs to be very precise or a specific type of packaging is needed, for example, and we always try to find a solution.
Yes, we very often purchase materials in large pack sizes and then pack down into smaller containers.
