Purchasing
Due to the hazardous nature of some of our products, we have taken the decision to only supply our chemicals to registered businesses only. Please note that deliveries can only be made to non-residential addresses.
Our minimum order value is £100 per order, excluding VAT and delivery. This is because we have to set a minimum batch size due to the nature of chemical manufacturing.
Should you wish to set up credit terms with ReAgent, please contact us and we will send you a credit account application form. Please note that orders on account are subject to a minimum order charge of £250 and approval of a credit account will depend on your company credit score.
As our services are bespoke to the needs of each customer, we tailor the price once we have received information about the service you require. We may be able to look into adding discount for large or ongoing orders with us.
We supply to businesses, institutions, and organisations across a wide range of industries worldwide. These include the medical, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, engineering, electronics, life sciences, environmental, and food sectors. Yes, we offer samples and trial batches for many of our products and formulations. This is particularly useful for customers who need to carry out testing, small-scale trials, or R&D before placing a larger order. Please get in touch with our team to discuss delivery options, documentation, and any country-specific regulations that may apply to your order.
Delivery
No, deliveries can only be made to non-residential addresses. ReAgent can only supply products on a business-to-business basis and can only deliver to registered business addresses. We cannot supply to any address that is not a dedicated premises. i.e. unit/offices/shop/warehouses, etc.
We use an ADR-certified courier to deliver our hazardous goods. You must have someone available to sign for the goods upon arrival, as we cannot leave hazardous goods unattended.
You may be able to collect your items from our warehouse, but please call in advance to arrange this. Depending on the quality of your goods, you may need to show proof of relevant training or a current ADR licence to legally transport goods away from our premises.
The cost of delivery is calculated on your order volume and delivery location. ADR couriers are more expensive than most other delivery services as they provide a specialised service for carrying hazardous goods.
Items that are made to order may take between seven and 10 working days for delivery. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation which will provide a delivery date. If you require a specialised service, we will advise you on the time frame for this.
If you need something urgently, please call before placing your order. You will be given a more specific lead time when we receive details of your order.
We are happy to work with your preferred logistics providers. If you have a courier account, freight forwarder, or specific delivery instructions, just let us know during the ordering process. Our team will work with you to ensure your delivery is handled exactly as needed.
We do our best to accommodate urgent delivery requests, including same-day or next-day shipping where possible. However, as many of our products are made to order or customised, we typically require forecasts or lead times to meet these needs. Please speak with your account manager or our sales team if you have urgent delivery requirements.
You can arrange to collect your order directly from our manufacturing site in the UK. If your order contains hazardous materials, the person collecting the goods must be ADR trained.
For larger orders, the vehicle would need to carry the correct safety equipment and placards. Please contact us in advance so we can prepare your items and ensure a smooth handover. Collection can be a convenient option for local customers or those using their own transport.

Yes, material safety data sheets (MSDS) can be found on our website for most products. If this is not available online, please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as we can. A copy of the MSDS will also be attached to your order confirmation email.
