At ReAgent, we hold lots of team and company-wide social events. We believe these types of events are really important for getting to know each other in a different context than the workplace, for building team morale, and just to have fun.

This year, we think we’ve outdone ourselves. We’ve had a couple of trips to the cinema, three company-wide days out – which have included axe throwing, table golf, and darts, among other activities – attended local football matches, and even organised a camping weekend. And that’s without mentioning our individual team activities and socials.

Here are just some pictures of the events we’ve held in 2023…

January: Non-League Football

Football is important to a lot of people at ReAgent. We sponsor a number of local teams, and attend Runcorn Linnets matches at the nearby ground. As you’ll see below, we also have company tickets at Anfield to watch Liverpool play.

March: Chester 10K

In March, five of the ReAgent team ran the Chester 10k to raise money for charity.

May: Company Social

We hold three company-wide social events every year. After a full team meeting in the morning, we head out for lunch and an afternoon of activities, followed by an evening in the pub. Our first company social in 2023 was back in May, when we went to Liverpool for lunch, followed by an afternoon of activities. The party continued in ReAgent’s nearby town of Frodsham in Cheshire.

July: Private Cinema Screening

ReAgent books out a screen for a private viewing of blockbuster films. In July, we went to see Indiana Jones & the Dial of Destiny.

August: Camping Weekend

Back in August, ReAgent held a camping weekend in Shropshire. Everyone and their families were welcome with their tents, camper vans, and caravans. With two barbecues on the go, a campfire, and some delicious home-made cake, a fun weekend was had by all.

September: Company Social

Our second company social of 2023 took place in Manchester, with lunch followed by an afternoon of activities, including axe throwing, darts, and pool.

December: Christmas Parties

Individual teams within ReAgent hold their own activities, from breakout rooms and go-karting to crazy golf. December also saw the company-wide Christmas party.

Year-round: Liverpool FC

ReAgent holds four company tickets for Liverpool FC, which are open to anyone who wants to attend. Names are drawn for each match at Anfield (and even Man Utd fans have been known to go!).
