As we wrap up 2025, we’re reflecting on a year marked by progress, resilience, and continued investment in our people, facilities, and community.

From new technology to national recognition, this year has laid the groundwork for the next stage of growth at ReAgent.

Watch our 2025 Year in Review highlights

Facility Upgrades

We continued to invest in our facilities this year, adding new equipment and workspaces designed to increase efficiency, safety, and production capacity.

January

We began the year by completing our solar farm, a major sustainability milestone developed with local partner KDE.

Spanning the full 60,000-square-foot roof of our factory, the system includes around 1,500 panels and generates 630,000 kilowatt-hours of electricity every year – enough to power over 200 homes while avoiding 300,000 kilos of CO₂ emissions annually.

February

We expanded our site with two new mezzanine workspaces: one dedicated to our growing Engineering team and another providing much-needed office space.

These additions have improved efficiency, created better storage capacity, and given us the flexibility to accommodate future growth.

June

A major automated filling line was installed on our factory floor, increasing both throughput and accuracy.

This high-speed system enables us to fill, seal, and label up to 115,000 litres per day, improving turnaround times while maintaining full batch traceability.

August

Our Quality Control laboratory was expanded by 40%, now housing state-of-the-art testing equipment including an inductively coupled plasma spectrometer (ICP-OES) and an ion chromatograph (IC).

These instruments allow for faster, more precise testing and support our continuous commitment to quality, compliance, and innovation.

September

We showcased some of our most impressive production capabilities in our feature on five of our biggest tanks, ranging from 15,000L to 22,500L.

These vessels illustrate the scale and flexibility of our chemical blending and water purification operations.

Business Milestones

This year, we achieved one of the highest honours a UK business can receive: the King’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade.

Announced in May, the King’s Award recognises ReAgent’s sustained global growth and outstanding customer service.

It’s a moment of immense pride for our whole team and a testament to decades of hard work, commitment, and collaboration.

In September, we hosted the official award presentation with the Lord Lieutenant of Cheshire, Lady Redmond, who formally presented the crystal trophy and certificate on behalf of His Majesty King Charles III.

We also released several new customer-focused videos, including:

  • A customer testimonial reel, featuring partners such as Oxford Medical Products, Camida, and Cardinal Global Logistics, sharing why they trust ReAgent.
  • A behind-the-scenes look at how our teams work with customers across every department, from Sales and Technical to Finance and Logistics.
  • A detailed case study on Oxford Medical Products, highlighting our role in scaling up their hydrogel technology from R&D to clinical trials.

Together, these projects demonstrate how our people, processes, and partnerships drive customer success.

Employee Wellbeing

Throughout 2025, we continued to invest in the wellbeing and development of our team.

We expanded private medical cover for long-serving team members, carried out regular health surveillance, and supported ongoing training across departments.

Whilst the year brought challenges, our team has shown remarkable strength and adaptability, continuing to deliver excellence every day.

Social Highlights

ReAgent’s social calendar remained as lively as ever, with three full-team events and the much-anticipated annual camping weekend.

The camping weekend once again brought colleagues, families, and pets together for games, BBQs, pizza deliveries, and a pub lunch – a tradition that continues to grow every year.

We also enjoyed cinema trips and team dinners, strengthening the sense of connection across every department.

Giving Back

Our team has been busy supporting good causes throughout 2025, raising thousands of pounds for different charities through a mix of fundraising activities and company initiatives.

Looking Ahead

2025 has been a year of continued investment and steady progress.

From the installation of our solar farm to winning the King’s Award, expanding our facilities, and growing our capabilities, every achievement this year has strengthened our foundations for the future.

As we move into 2026, we’ll continue building on that foundation, growing our team, expanding our factory, and even exploring international ventures.
