On 29th September, ReAgent welcomed Lady Redmond, Lord Lieutenant of Cheshire, and her husband Sir Phil Redmond to our factory in Runcorn for the official presentation of our King’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade.

The day began with a warm and personal speech from Lady Redmond, who shared reflections on ReAgent’s history and our journey from a family-run chemical blending company founded in 1977 to a thriving global exporter.
She then formally presented the official award certificate and crystal trophy, issued in the name of His Majesty King Charles III.
Following the ceremony, the whole ReAgent team gathered to celebrate with award-themed cakes, biscuits, and champagne – a small thank-you for everyone’s hard work in achieving this milestone.

A Proud Day for the Whole ReAgent Team
The award recognises ReAgent’s sustained international growth and commitment to outstanding customer service across global markets.
We were proud to celebrate the day with the full ReAgent team, alongside invited guests including key customers, suppliers, and partners such as Chemicals Northwest and Cardinal Global Logistics who have played an important role in supporting our international success.
ReAgent was selected in the International Trade category following a detailed and competitive application process.

Recognition for Everyone
For many of our team members, the day was not only a celebration, but a meaningful moment of recognition.
“I was proud when I found out ReAgent had received this award,” said Alison, from our Purchasing team. “I’ve been here now for 16 years, and Richard has been there from the beginning. I can see how much effort he’s put in over the years, and I was really chuffed to see something come of it that recognises him and the company.”
Joe, our Production Planner, added: “The King’s Award is an incredible achievement for everyone here. Everyone works really hard, and it’s an absolute credit to them – the celebration was some well-deserved recognition for the team.”
As ReAgent continues to grow internationally, this award marks an important milestone in our journey, and it’s one we’re proud to share with the people who helped make it possible.
