At ReAgent, we’ve seen significant team expansion across various departments in the past year, from blending and packing to finance and sales.

To align with this growth, we recently undertook an initiative to update headshots for all our team members.

Uniformity in a rapidly expanding team

This project, led by ReAgent’s Head of Creative, was not solely about capturing faces. The aim was to ensure consistent and representative photographs of each employee within their specific work environment.

For example, chemical technicians were photographed in our lab, the packing team in the factory, and the purchasing team in their office environment.

We’ve also recently introduced new branded workwear to further enhance team uniformity and reinforce brand identity – and we wanted to show this off in our new photos, too.

The updated photos will be featured on ReAgent’s website, specifically on the news and team pages. They will also be included in internal marketing materials, such as in our monthly company newsletter.

This initiative underscores ReAgent’s commitment to having a unified and authentic team image as the company continues its growth trajectory.
