ReAgent is very proud to have achieved a prestigious King’s Award for Enterprise in the International Trade category, recognising our outstanding global growth and commitment to excellence.
Announced today (Tuesday 6th May 2025), the King’s Award is one of the highest accolades a UK business can receive, and ReAgent is one of just 197 businesses nationwide to achieve this prestigious honour in 2025.

What Winning a King’s Award Means
Our CEO and third-generation owner, Rich Hudson, says:
“We are incredibly proud to have received a King’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade. Since my grandfather started ReAgent almost 50 years ago, we’ve focused on sustainable growth, exceptional service, and building trusted relationships with customers across the globe.
Over the years, we’ve also employed many local Cheshire families, and being part of our local community has always been just as important to us as international trade.
This award reflects the hard work and dedication of our entire team. It’s a moment of real pride for us all.”
About the King’s Awards
The King’s Awards for Enterprise, formerly known as The Queen’s Awards for Enterprise, were renamed in 2023 to reflect His Majesty The King’s commitment to continuing the legacy of Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
Now in its 59th year, the programme remains the UK’s most prestigious business awards scheme, celebrating outstanding achievement by UK companies across innovation, international trade, sustainable development, and promoting opportunity through social mobility.
Winning a King’s Award entitles ReAgent to use the official King’s Awards Emblem for the next five years – a symbol recognised nationally and internationally as a mark of excellence.
