At ReAgent, we believe that businesses thrive when their communities thrive. That’s why we’re proud to announce the launch of our new Volunteer Day Programme, which will empower our employees to make a difference by supporting different causes.

Whether locally or nationally, our team is eager to contribute time, energy, and skills to help create a better world.

Why we’re doing it: Empowering our employees and supporting our community

The Volunteer Day Programme allows our team to donate a set number of days each year to three selected charities: Cancer Research UK (CRUK), Parkinson’s UK, and Halton Haven Hospice

These organisations were chosen not only for the essential work they do, but also because they resonate deeply with many of our employees.

We believe that giving our team the opportunity to volunteer will provide meaningful assistance to these charities and foster a sense of fulfilment and purpose.

From helping out in charity shops to organising community events, our employees will have the chance to develop new skills, build stronger connections, and contribute to causes that make a real impact.

The benefits for employees and charities alike

For our employees, the benefits extend beyond simply giving back. Volunteer days offer a chance to step away from daily routines, work with colleagues in new ways, and build a sense of camaraderie while supporting worthy causes. The personal growth and satisfaction that come from volunteering can also lead to increased motivation and engagement in their work.

The charities we’re partnering with will gain valuable volunteer support that can help them extend their reach and achieve their goals. Whether it’s fundraising, participating in events, or taking part in hands-on projects, our team’s efforts will make a tangible difference.

We’re excited to see the incredible contributions our team will make as part of this initiative. This is just the beginning of our journey towards creating a culture of giving, where making a positive impact on our community becomes an integral part of who we are.
